What does the MiniHotel® Safety Protocol consist of?

Sanitization of rooms and common areas

All the common areas of the hotels and rooms are sanitized with hydrogen peroxide * treatment and with other detergents, with medical and surgical supervision, several times per day.

At each departure, all the contact points in the room (telephone, remote control, minibar, safe) are sanitized, sanitized and sealed with a special seal to guarantee sanitation; in our rooms, you will find sealed pillowcases, towels and courtesy products, and all the useful information regarding advice and rules to respect.

Frequent cleaning of air conditioning systems

Both the flow of external air and the frequency of cleaning the filters with the use of suitable disinfectant products have been maximized.

Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff

Individual protection equipment has been provided for hotel staff, as well as anti-contact plexiglass in all reception areas.
Sachets of disinfectant gel will be available in each room; you will also find numerous hand sanitizer gel dispensers in all the common areas of the hotels; thermometers will be available at reception to check body temperature.

Reorganization of common areas

All areas have been reorganized to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of security. In this regard, special signs have been set up to help you keep the appropriate distance, to follow the anti-contagion rules and the correct routes to enter and exit from hotels and common areas.
The breakfast rooms and the layout of our tables have all been revised and breakfast will be served at the table or in the room.

Reorganization of meeting and event spaces

Even the meeting and event areas have been completely revised on the basis of the rules of social distancing: we have adapted the capacities and analysed different set-ups to satisfy your needs.

Staff training

All MiniHotel staff were trained in relation to the new procedures and service standards recommended by the safety protocol and the certification process.

Monitoring and certification committee

An internal Supervisory Committee has been set up to verify the various implementation phases of the protocol, exercising control, monitoring and updating activities through the use of an internal structured certification process.
